Today, we went magnet fishing at a familiar bridge and found more than we expected! We filled our scrap trailer to the breaking point with so much river treasure! After multiple failed attempts to pull up an entire four-wheeler by hand, we were helped by some locals with a boat. Follow along as I use my giant magnet to clean discarded trash and treasures from public waterways. #cleanstreammovement

Despite what others have said here I believe the rifle at 2:40 is a M1891 Mosin-Nagant, a Russian military rifle. I have a working one I picked up as a cheap hunting rifle.

That rifle at 2:51 is an M38 6.5 Carcano. It was an Italian rifle during WW1 and WW2. It's famous for being the rifle used by Lee Harvey Oswald to shoot Kennedy.

Yesterday was my first day of magnet fishing. I learned an important lesson….make sure you secure the rope before you throw the magnet in…. 😢. After all the swearing and crying, I ordered another kit! I’ll go back and try to retrieve the lost magnet! 🤷🏼‍♀️

It's happened to us all at least once. Bobby did the same thing a few weeks ago 😂 you will find it pretty quick with another magnet. Getting the 2 magnets apart is the hard part

@2:40 that looks like a bolt action British 303. @3:35 looks like a washing machine spindle that the drum attaches to circ 1980.

to me it looks like a 6.5mm or 7.35mm Carcano , without the bolt it's hard to tell

Well, it was pretty cool when you asked for a claw and you get it right away that is darn cool with me.. comparing to other magnet fishers :::they forgot it in the garage they forgot their claw I had a spot that they don’t even remember using it or did they forget to take it off their trailer and the scrap yard has it. I really love the claw. I think it comes in super handy, I watch fishers messing around, trying to bring something up, which is a magnet. If they only had a claw how are usually say to them ha ha ha you snooze you lose you forgot your claw again and that’s what they say. gosh, I forgot the claw again leave a note on your mirror on your visor it’ll pop up in your face when you start the truck up ha ha, ha ha ha ha

at 3:50 that was the drum plate and pump from the washing machine panel and motor you recovered. 5:15 was a pipe clamp

At 3:20 it's a bar clamp used in wood working and at 5:00 it's part of a planetary drive for a speed reducer.

We normally just pull the trailer onto the bridge and load stuff up that way. A wagon would be handy for the busy bridges though

That looked like an airhose reel with the 2 gears on it. And the other thing appears to be a wood clamp

It's a hub assembly for an independent front or rear suspension system. No, that's not it. Look at those flanges. That's where an electric motor is attached. I believe it's a gear drive to reduce the rpm of that motor.

That would be nice. Our biggest issue is parking at most of these spots and with a bigger trailer, it's just that much harder. This little trailer has been a tough one though and we will build walls for it one day.

I was thinking the same. I always forget to set cool stuff aside bc I just get caught up fishing and filming. It's always when I start to edit the footage I see the stuff I wanted to keep, but it's too late by then 🤦‍♂️

Blake, put some white plain paper & a carpenters pencil in the glove box, Lay the paper over the lettering or numbers, you want to view, rub the carpenters pencil over the paper. the numbers or lettering will appear darker on the paper. Do us all a favor, when you guys speak to any cars/trucks that stop. We cannot hear the conversation. After they leave, could you let us know? Like today, a sheriff stopped. thank you

The cops attitude has taken me a long time to figure out but that is because it has or is changing. It used to be that they looked at laws as what you were restricted from doing , you should speed or shoot your neighbor or whatever. Now they look for things that you are allowed to do and will hassle you if whatever you're doing isn't on the approved list , things like magnet fishing. I believe we officially live in a police state.

That pulley looks like and old fashioned clothes line pulley. My great grandmother had one that she pulled 5he clothes line in from her back porch window. That's what it looks like to me.

Hey man; I am so old, I remember having to do the laundry Back in the day, and sorry, but Naaah! That pulley was Huge..Industrial type! Ya got a good laugh from me from your comment! 🤣! Bryce Cracks me up when he talks Antique years! I gotta laugh, or I would cry about remembering how very hard it was, with the back-breaking work it took, just to get a family of 7, laundry done by having to use a scrub board in the bathtub every week! It was a never ending Chore-&1/2! I suffer to this day., But pls know..back then, life was terribly bad on women without all the conveniences that we now have! I am a tough ole-lady...Dinosaur, ha ha, but I'm still hanging, and I can still laugh about it! Alot of us Oldies, are still Goodies! NZ.,Giggles!, 😉🤪, ✌❤🙂🙏🤟
