Hey Loves! This video has been highly requested for a long time and I FINALLY got around to filming my curly hair journey! I start from the year 2013 all the way until the present year, 2020. I also include some really embarrassing photos of me and my hair from those years! LOL. I hope you enjoy!

I use to carry a hair straightener in my purse, no joke. I literally could not travel anywhere without it! I was *obsessed* and like you said, I did not feel pretty nor myself without my hair straight. I look back and feel so sad that I ever felt that way.

Your healthy straight hair is pretty, a lot of us are accustomed to preferring the smooth look. But your curls make you look unique and stand out from the crowd. As teens we want to fit in, but I notice by our twenties, most women on our life journey will want to experiment to find our niche. I’m sure you know your niche is or is close to fluffy curls with bangs

I'm not 100% sure 😞 but I do know getting it done professionally by experts who specialize in natural hair is definitely safer than doing it on your own.

My curls not poppin like that lol. They here tho lol I love curls and I love my hair silk pressed too. I haven’t had my hair relaxed in abt 6 years. I wear braids a lot. If I could get my curls poppin like yours I’d wear my natural curls.

I feel like our hair is the same. Looks the same, in almost every stage lol. i recently cut my hair all the way off because i was religiously straightening my hair. I went from butt length to a pixie cut. And I’m trying to stay away from heat. So thank you because this just showed me what to look forward to.

I thought so too 😩😭 but I think I was just doing too much with my hair at the time and dying it jet black was the last straw for my hair. At the end of the day dying your hair any color can cause damage because of the chemicals in the dye.
