For the mamas out there if your postpartum shedding is really bad- like bald spot bad even, use a mix of rice water, onion water (the sulfur is key) and an essential oil for scent over night. I did this for two weeks and my hair stopped shedding and finally started growing. You can also find products with protein and sulfur but they won’t as fast.

Hi Amy. I love your hair routine. I have long hair like you but mine is naturally curly. I prefer to blow dry it and without the right products my hair won't cooperate. I find 2x shampoos is key since I don't wash my hair everyday as well. How long will your hair last using that oil? The dirtier my hair is the better it is, real talk. Keep sharing videos like this. Your tips are the best and your hair is gorgeous. Hopefully you will outgrow that postpartum hair loss sooner than later. You may need a good trim when it settles but honestly it looks amazing. I couldn’t help but notice what kind of hairbrush you used to brush your hair I struggle with a lot of hair loss as well but I changed the hairbrush that I was using to a wet hairbrush which is the name of the brand and I noticed that it helped with less fallout

Castor oil+ mustard oil weekly or before shower and wash within an hour

Rosemary oil has been clinically proven to improve hair growth ! Make sure to dilute w carrier oils when using though

So far this week I’ve washed my hair once, I’ll probably wash it tmr night or in the morning, depends how my hair is after my shower or in the morning. I normally leave my hair oily (hair wash day) for a day. I think it keeps my hair flat with no flying hair but my roots stink and feel dirty, that’s the only downside

I literally do sports everyday of the week so,i must do the washing everyday. I have fine,sparse and fluffy hair Does it effect my hair grow?? Any ideas you could give?😭

Try to not wash your hair everyday. Use dry shampoo if it looks really greasy.

i have fine sparse fluffy CURLY hair and i wash it everyday. i use the head and shoulders smooth and silky shampoo(smells great like roses) and my secret it aloe vera gel! i apply it every night after every shampoo and it makes my hair so shiny and my curls look like mermaid waves! i use conditioner like once every two weeks. try the aloe vera gel! my hair has never been this long, healthy or silky before and thats WHILE washing it everyday

if you have to wash everyday, get a shower cap so you don’t get it soaking wet :) also use a repairing hair mask if u can

Conditioners do that to me 😢 I always scrub my back after treatment to get rid of excess product on my back and that started to help the issue

Try washing and conditioning before you shower that way when you finish dealing with your hair you wash the products from your body.

you’re not supposed to leave a conditioner/mask onto your roots. You should only apply mid-to end and when you use a mask you don’t need a conditioner.
