I feel your pain and frustration. I saw something that stuck with me for the down in the dumps mental rut. Over celebrate a win by giving yourself extra credit for something as small as getting out of bed or getting your trim bent up. It helps you break down things down a bit into chewable bites and set a goal system. Once you get through the job you’re doing set a small goal about how to move forward. In the here and now though celebrate the fact that you got out of bed and made it to the shop. That’s more than what half the world has done today.
