Crazy Diamond can, in fact, just touch you to heal you. He does this when he heals Rohan after being attacked by Highway Star and also when he saves the kid from exploding after touching Okuyasu. Also, Crazy diamond doesn't "Heal" per say, it just reverts things back to their "original state" as long as it was touched within 15 mins of being changed or damaged I believe. Hence why it can work on things like, spaghetti or other inanimate objects.

I feel like Araki missed a trick by not calling Iggy's stand Fools Gold.

Actually the telekinesis bit on dio works really good. He uses the passion (or canonically Jonathan's stand) to get a glimpse into their victim's psyche and target their weak points with his charisma to brainwash them. This is shown through his crystal ball wich displays visions (used in the polnareff encounter iirc) and it lets him know stuffl like Kakyoin's crippling loneliness and Polnareff's dead sister. This dad is goated! i could have never guessed that from looking at dio, but it does make sense
