It’s likely that what they had of it was mainly written or maybe rough, unfinished recordings, probably not enough to put a proper verse in.

@Kevon Zimmerman an incomplete verse wouldn't have sounded good and people would throw shade at Juice about how the verse wasn't good at all. Em did the right thing. Plus Em has set a world record by spitting 229 words in 30 sec. Whenever people will talk about this song Juice's name will always be remembered. I think Em did that for Juice since Juice looked upto Em.

@@husseinmoussa2947 TBF I don't think it's even a contest anymore, people forget Tupac and Biggie passed away when they were mid-20s, careers were still ahead of them. They have a legacy for life as being two of the biggest influences in rap with their music transcending generations, but Eminem has been making noises for the last 15 years now, constantly reinventing himself, he's as good as hip hop royalty now. Me personally? I grew up in the late stages of the golden era of hip hop in the 90s, Tupac has pretty much been top of my list since and I still remember the day the news broke that he'd been died, but Kamikaze sealed it for me. Eminem is a one off.

Sadly no, while Eminem has increased his lung capacity and can rap very long, there is no way to do circular breathing while talking, on the fast verse he used cuts

He has the vocabulary, the ability to flow in any style, and has ended more rappers, boy bands, and even some actors careers. He's the GOAT. Love Pac, I love Biggie, I love Rakim, Tribe, Wu, but EM is just on another planet thats in a different universe.

Sounds like one of your dad's top 5 would be Follow the Leader - Rakim. One of the first tracks I listened to where the bars take you on a journey. It's still incredible to me that Rakim was rapping like that in the 80s
