When I'm 45 I looked like still a student , they said I am 20 years younger than my age , no any face routine , not using any anti aging massage or cosmetics , i would say living a healthy life , think no problems and always smile , thats all is the secret of looking young

now I'm 74 , but they said I still look like age 50 , I have no wrinkles yet , my maintenance is a 5mg medicine for hb , I'm taking it once a day , one additional factor of looking young is , I've no any anger with anyone, and have God in my heart

Good morning , I am 50 years old lady as I looked at you you were far far younger than me you look 30 years old. I really love your video and am following it accordingly every morning to see if I can reverse or slow the aging process. But please let me ask, do you use any form of oil like coconut oil or so on your hands while doing those face exercises because for me my face feels dry as am doing the exercise with you.
