Thank you for a very thorough video! You can't go wrong with a Taurus G series handgun. They are just work horses and eat anything you feed them! I'm a proud Taurus snob!

The ported barrel reduces the recoil keeping the ‘nose’ down when shooting. Thanks Matt Have the g2c, swapped out the guide rod assembly, an the firing pin sleeve an both springs.

Great video. I carry the G3C as well as the GX4 as a CC. Have the same optic on the G3C. After a lot of upgrades from Lakeline on both firearms are VERY accurate now. I think the fluted barrels with extended ports have a lot to due with the improves accuracy.

I love it. great setup. I'm going to order myself one end of this month and I'm going with that holosun on my G21SF and maybe the G3c or another gun I have. Give us some range time with this bad baby when you get a chance! Thanks!

Back to check in. I got the G3c back in july and I ordered and installed the lakeline kit(barrel,recoil spring,striker sleeve). Sweet!

i was a big glock fan boy i have a 43x as home defense but since someone put me in to taurus i bought myself the g3c as a edc never has jammed on me shot around500 rounds

i have this and love the feel for it and ive shot 600 rounds through it. only hic ups came from a box of range dynamic ammo. it wouldn't cycle it. the only thing is i cannot shoot this gun straight like i can with my canik sfx. I get some shots center then im down to the left. Or ill shoot straight then lose the rest of my rounds. Its got me confused but ive only been shooting for 6 months

I have the G3c and have around 1200 rounds through it never had a second strike situation. I have no problem with the trigger not as smooth as my P10c but it still works pretty good. I was waiting on the Toro slide kit but got tired of waiting and bought the Toro at a recent gun show $400.51 with tax. Watched your video two weeks prior and got the SS ported barrel, SS guide rod assembly and the SS firing pin guide. Holosun HE407K GR X2 should be here any day, I preferred the single 6 moa dot to the 2 moa with the ring plus I have a stigmatism in my right eye and the green dot is more visible with that condition. Let me get 500 rounds through it and I'll reply back to you to see how our opinions differ.

Hopefully at some point, I have a very small 1 lane indoor shooting range and I can’t get the camera set up to see anything, there’s not enough room to do it but hopefully I can get to a friends range one day and get some vids of some stuff.

I own a G3C and a G3 Toro. Both are great guns and slides and frames interchange. You spent almost twice as much on your optic as you did the Gun. Lol

Got it for under $300, but I’d pay more. The best optic for a handgun I’ve used. At this point wouldn’t consider any other.

I have to pull the trigger to break down my g3c toro. Any idea why? I noticed everyone on YT who breaks theirs down doesn’t pull the trigger to do so..

If you notice in the video I pull the trigger before I disassembled it. You’ll either pull the trigger before you disassemble it or as you’re disassembling it.

I have 600 rounds thru mine. 2 light primer strike no other malfunctions. What you think? Those light primer strikes have me a bit concerned

Did it fire when you pulled the trigger to strike the primer the second time?

Honestly I forgot this gun had double strike so i unloaded the first one and reloaded it and it fired. The second one never fired after reloading it

1st May have been the primer not properly seated and when the firing pin hit it it seated it instead of firing it, the second prob a bad primer. Doubt any of it was actually the gun. Over 90% of the time when it fails it’s the primer not being seated properly.

What does M.O.A mean

Minute of Angle, however on the red dot optics it’s the size of the dot. 2 moa is smaller than 3 moa or 6 moa. The larger the dot the easier to pick up on it but it covers more of the target. The smaller the moa the more accurate you can be. Larger moa is nice for close up shots but smaller moa is better for further away shots so I go to the smallest the optic offers on the handguns.
