I play mainly Tom Clancy's The Division (Ubisoft) I played since 1.0 all the way to current 1.6 (1.6.1) patch.
I love to use Sniper, specially One Shot One Kill but I also play meta builds. Im a member of ETF (Elite Task Force Alpha)
Builds I played: Sentry, Pistol build, Striker, Highend, HEXOTIC; Nomad, Predators mark, tactician, lone star, final measure, alphabridge, banshee, deadeye, firecrest & reclaimer.
Most of the time I play as rogue and go Manhunt #RogueLife but sometimes the other rogues get rekt. PVP (multiplayer) is my main focus as I just said I also like to make builds, sometimes they turn the meta.

Is adept really worth using since most of the time while pvp you'll only proc it once or twice unless running a skill haste build? I just wonder

yes it is actually op, like watch widdz his talents, adept procs like 5 times in every fight, all the time he's fighting, so he gets 37,50% chc just only from 1 weapon talent and im assuming he already has 20% on his weapon or gear sets, so thats a total of 57,50%. And the percent from the puls itself prob 15-20% so he easily reaches max crit. even with only 4 or 3 times using adept.

IN THIS VIDEO HE IS CHEATING. Go to 13:30 in the video his max mag size is 66 a full mag however he accidently presses the key to reload you can only reload with a full mag when using the RPM GLITCH he tried to hide it by using the melee button its a split second which proves it.

Watch the clip again mate, he wasn't reloading there he was equipping fire bullets. He then cancelled the animation using the melee button. You can see the fire bullet icon load up on the UI. Also, i've never heard of a RPM glitch that works by reloading your weapon once its already full? Do you have a source for this information? Not saying you are wrong, just i haven't encountered this before.

Dude i used RPM glitch myself before for test reasons when you use the RPM glitch and have a full mag you can do reload animation multiple times with a FULL MAG

I think it's bull shit when you are solo and have under 2 medkits that when you kill a player it doesn't drop a medkit. That is bullshit. I've watched widdz while he was solo kill 6 kids when he had no medkits left and they didn't drop a single one for him. Wtf massive

Yea ikr, on console you have to use the survivor link only then the game starts running like on PC, if u compare them, console feels like a snail.

Cover doesn't hardly matter in this game.... somehow you still get shot through vehicles and if NPC's are around they don't miss a single bullet so yea.... love the vids either way bud.

Is Pc better than console for this game? it looks like the sensitivity is a lot more controlled by the player than a controllers thumbstick. and please do not spam me with comments on saying console is better because you're a fanboy of the console. Zaros King pc is probably more expensive but also has better sensitivity and aim. I like console more because it's cheaper to get into and all my friends are there, but pc is probably the better option
