I had a similar issue while flying. A man behind me kept poking his fingers under my seat to feel my butt. When I turned around, I got this creepy smile. I turned back around and a few minutes later he did it again. That was it. I took out my brooch which had a large pin clip and I rammed in back, right into his skin. He screamed so loud it got attention. LOL

I'm suprised the mom didn't freak out when her daughter told her about someone luring her out to play, calling her by her family nickname. I would be on my way out with her while calling the cops.

I'm glad the brother kept his little sister safe and took the situation seriously.. it's sad that the mom not only brushed it off but then made the girl walk to the store alone. I wonder how she reacted once they got back and told her the guy was following her

OMG, Larry Gene Bell!! Yeah, pretty horrific! Btw., the person writing says "the book that 'Mindhunter' was based on," which, I guess she's referring to the Netflix series. The book itself is called "Mindhunter" also, and is an excellent book by John E. Douglas. I believe he's actually written an entire book about this very killer, called "When a Killer Calls."

My favorite thing about this channel is how unobtrusive the "Like, Subscribe, and Ring the Bell" and "Click Join to Become a Member" messages are. And that's really saying something since I love the content so much. Keep up the great work, Joel. 🤘🤘

And btw, a therapist NEVER has drinks with a patient or walks to their car with them. You see them in the office, you take calls if they need you. Anything outside of that is unprofessional.

We can walk you to your vehicle in certain circumstances , but it’s highly encouraged that you have someone else present to avoid accusations. Drinking with your patient will cost you your license.

You missed this part: PHYSICAL Therapist. Like for muscle rehabilitation and such. Not a shrink. Point still stands, but that definitely makes a difference.

The one at the gas station if two guys stand either side of you & you feel unsafe then pull out the pump with the handle still engaged and oops you’ve just sprayed one of them all over with gas and got it on the floor, you need the attendant to come and sort it as its dangerous.. a punk like that will be more upset of having gas on his trainers than what he was thinking of!! Make a joke to him that he better go change quick as you never know who might have a lighter on them, keeping one hand in your purse just in case

That actually happened, but it was only one guy. I forgot where I saw it, what channel, but I saw it on KZfaq somewhere, maybe a few weeks ago. The lady was smart! Saved herself... That must have sucked for the guy but he definitely deserved it. 🙂⛽

Any guesses as to who the serial killer is in the story of the therapist? @19:33 She doesn't give many clues about the country or time frame but I'm guessing it couldn't have happened more than 5-7yrs ago.. since she is still relatively young at 28yrs old. She did mention the guy was an older gentleman and she described him as being handsome..🤔 hmmm... any guesses? My guess would be Shawn Michael Grate. Only bc he was captured around 2016 and the media described him as a "ladies man" 🤦♀️😖😵

I don’t think it fits, his victims mostly had short dark hair (one had short blond hair). Unless the writer was exaggerating the women shown in the news story, I don’t think it’s Grate. Though I think that’s the closest match as far as US serial killers

Love Chilling! I sleep to it every night with rain storms and usually timer for 4 hours. I create play lists like all lady narrators, and I also love the long chapter stories. This is my feelings, I am not being paid, I have used it for a few months now and it is better with zero commercials.

First story is underwhelming but also she should have made a point to tell him how creepy is was being then and there. Also of she was referring to the Rodney Alcala that Jerry Curled heads creep was killing women long before he did that dating show and the woman he did go on a date with wasn't one of his victims. I'm a stickler for details.

The woman who chose Alcala on the dating game show never actually went on the date with him. Her intuition saved her when she refused because she thought he was "creepy" after talking to him backstage when the show was over.

As soon as I heard "1985", "South Carolina", "blonde females", and "tortured families", I automatically knew it was Larry Gene Bell. What he did to little Debbie Helmick and Shari Smith and her family was absolutely appalling. John Douglas would be the FBI profile who wrote the book. Just a few more details to add for you..

Honestly, I'm thinking in order to actually get the police to actually look for or at least run the plates of anyone stalking and harassing you in a car that maybe the victims should start stating that the drivers had a gun they could visibly see. Maybe even say they showed it to them or pointed it at them. The police will have to look into it then.
