My question is for a experienced person if we finish admin exam what are the possibilities of finding new job

Completely up to you and how good you are at marketing your experience. I'd say it's not likely to simply pass the admin exam, apply for a job, and get it. They may have been true years ago, but you need to show you have experience other than being able to pass an exam. I'm thinking of putting together a video on what to do after you've passed.
