I swore when I started diamond painting that I wouldn’t collect storage. 20-some storage systems later . . . 😂

When I started, I was so cheap that I was sure all I would need was the 250 sauce cups I got at a restaurant supply store for less than $5. Several more dollars later, you get this stash video.

No justification is ever needed. You have a wonderful stash. And if it makes you happy to buy storage, that's all the justification you need!! I have a pretty good stash myself, but I haven't counted, . Maybe I will some day. I also buy various separate things and make storage containers out of them. That's fun too. We have to do what makes us happy...right? Thank you so much for sharing!

I think when you gather all your items to make a video like this you start to feel a little self-conscious having so much. You are right though. It makes me happy to have the storage. I'll have to try your making storage containers out of other things. Other than re-arranging the smaller containers into the different out containers, I have not really done that. Thanks!

I love my Harbor Freight also. I haven’t tried anything else but I also use empty cigarette roller boxes and keep the drills in the baggies. I only put the drills in the containers if there is a lot of drills. Otherwise I use baggies and line them up in the rolls boxes which I get free from my brother. I can’t see myself using the round bottles. I need to find a system to save the drills from paintings I’ve finished. I love your channel!!

Thank you for sharing your storage stash!! And it was great to hear your opinion on each of them! It helps with my future storage purchases!! 😉 And gotta say ... Feeling a twinge of storage envy 😀 And there's nothing wrong with waiting for a sale or coupon to go shopping! (At least that's what I tell myself!!)

Thanks for sharing! Just ordered some from Harbor Freight. I have a few of them that you showed and prefer the round bottles right now, also afraid they will break on me 😂. At least until you showed me the Harbor Freights! Been watching your videos and I have subscribed! YEAH!

The Harbor Freight is my favorite. They are not as pretty as the other containers but I think they're easiest to work with. I'm glad you are liking my videos. Thank you for subscribing!

With the round containers I always worry about it not being screwed on securely... then picking it up and the drills spilling everywhere 🙁 The Harbor Freight containers you can HEAR close, which makes it soooo much easier! I like the tic-tac ones more now that I have the special Bella Art de Nicole funnel. But I also worry about their longevity and learned the main body cracks easily 🙁 Thanks again!!!! I have seen the funnel for the tic-tac containers but I don't have many of them so I haven't gotten it. I just noticed that I cracked one of my tic-tac containers and I've only used it once. I've also cracked one of the round bottles. I don't even know when it happened. I just noticed it when I went to use it. Happy Diamond Painting!

@@JoanDiamondPaints The round ones crack too?!?!? I also noticed that while the actual container is the same, some manufacturers have a different top for the round container. Some are a hard, clear plastic which I can see easily breaking/cracking and others are a softer, more opaque almost rubber-like cap. I'm also not sure how my tic-tac ones cracked (except for the one I dropped and a dog stepped on it) ... maybe I accidentally squeezed too hard when removing the plastic top? The good news is they all seem like surface cracks (you can't feel it on the inside) so they will last a little longer. The Bella funnel (the one with two "legs" not the single "open" one) is a perfect fit so you don't have to remove the entire plastic lid, but a VERY happy discovery was (this is going to be hard to describe) after filling up the tic-tac container to the level of the funnel bottom (maybe 1/3 or 1/2 way when the funnel is "sitting" on the edge of the container), you can fill the funnel (the new drills are stopped by the level already in the container) and slowly lift it to fill up the remaining space. And tilting the container lets you fill a little more! Annnnnd I just placed an order for the square containers Rebeca (@4kidsat147 now @AddMoreZest) just used for her June WIP and Waffle ... I think we need to create a Diamond Painting Storage Anonymous group -- seriously!!!! 😃🙂 We can support AND enable each other to make smarter storage choices 😃

@@kawaiiko7813 I just discovered the tik tak funnel. I was delighted, as I have not been using my tik taks because of the refilling issue. The funnel was $6.00. Shipping was $ over $25.00. Are you effing kidding me!!???? ❤️🇨🇦

OMG i have been using Harbor freight forever but do you think I have ever thought of making three rows instead of the four and changing the orientation of the box? lol I cant even right now (smacking forhead) Thanks so much for sharing.

I file them away by DMC number. See my Kitting Down videos if you want to see the system. Right now I am using my leftover square drills for a cross stitch pattern on a blank canvas.

What is this source of great deals you mentioned a few times? First time watching you - I can't resist a good storage video. My one issue with the Harbor Freight boxes is how there are always diamonds stuck in the hinge.

I have found some really good deals for storage from the myvipon website. There is a link in the video's description to the site but the deals come and go. I usually just open the Harbor Freight boxes over the tray since I'm going to pour them out anyways. Welcome to my channel and I hope you enjoyed the video!

I’m so addicted to storage. On top of much of what you have, I bought “squeeze from sides to open” cubes. Hold about 1/2+ of HF. By TecUnite on Amazon, 4 for $29.99. I know someone who’ll only use them so I HAD to try them. They’re ok, compact, but certainly not life changing. Lol

I got the 140 case also from vipon deal but they changed it so now you get 70 big containers and 70 small. I hate the small ones so i contacted them and they said people wanted the small option so they changed it. They did offer me to return it or get a $4 refund. I got the refund so I only payed $7.70 for it :) Although if I wanted to replace the small bottles by buying the bigger ones, it would cost more than I paid for it.

I didn't realize the 140 case switched to half smaller bottles. It is still a really good deal for the case especially with the extra $4 off. Glad you were able to get one!
