Today I am dressing up in full cosplay and giving myself a makeover to become Princess Ariel from Disney's The Little Mermaid! And of course, showing you how I made my own costume cheap and easy DIY style to be the best dressed at any party. (or just on instagram lol)

You would think after all the years of Amber doing DIY’s she would actually have a proper camera set up with a tripod so she doesn’t have to do her crafts with one hand 😂😂😂 you definitely give off the energy of “I’m going to do this the most difficult way possible instead of just going to buy the one thing that will make it easier” 🤣

I make mermaid bras all the time and they sometimes sell the plastic big shell bra at dollar tree if anyone wants them you can also look there! Also nail polish works really well for painting on small shells!

Friendly reminder to be careful though with corsets (especially ones from places like Amazon), don’t have them too tight and walk around or you can get seriously hurt. It’s usually best to get them custom fitted for your body. Looking good can be a priority but so is your safety, have fun beautiful people!

Amber, you truly have a gift and a good eye to see the potential of materials and assemble a gorgeous look. Even though your actual assembly and finishings crack me up (hot glue and crooked scissor cuts) you just show how doable DIY is for everyone. You know there is like a ton of make up/ fashion channels out there but there is just something special about yours :3 I just love the bubbly/ happy attitude and the little jokes and commentary here and there and everywhere. Gives it so much personality and I love it.
