I lost my 17 year old Jack Russell 3 weeks ago and my 15 year old English setter in January. It's been a tough year. I still have my chihuahua, he's 12. And my little rescue girl. She's around 7. They truly are family.

Praying for Lily! My first dog I had from childhood just passed away from multiple medical problems and being old. Now my second dog has been diagnosed with cancer. I know everyone thinks they are just dogs but they are our family. Keeping you and your family in my prayers!

I lost my much loved male cat this year through sudden partial heart failure . I still miss him a lot . But it was the last gift of love we gave him , to put him to sleep. I hope Lilly keeps well . I hope you're infection clears up quickly and your monitor shows good results . I have cerebral palsy and constant severe pain but you are an inspiration to me . Love your channel Amy .

So sorry to hear your sweet lily has cancer. So hard to process news like that. Hopefully the vet got all of it and she is doing well. Please take care of yourself and if you are a little down and ui pset we understand why. We are here for you to support you through this. Hugs and prayers.

I hope Lily has a long, long time without further health issues. I lost a dog to cancer some time ago (had other dogs die from old age, but never dealt with cancer before). Not sure if this will help you feel better, but I can honestly say that my girl's final months were good--sad, but good. We really had a terminal diagnosis from the start, and once I came to terms with that, I decided to spoil her rotten for whatever time we had. She loved it and we bonded even more. Dogs live very much in the moment, no worrying about the future like us humans, so just love on her & do her favorite things whenever you can. Knowing you are making her so happy will make you happy! Best wishes.

My grandmas dog has had cancer for 6 years, she’s mostly healthy and she’s happy, they haven’t said anything about putting her down accept once and that was for a separate issue with her bowels, all my love to you, your family and lily💕

Amy, I'm so sorry about Lilly!! This is bringing back bad memories of two years ago. I had a 12 year old min pin that got cancer. We had removed the big tumor and he was on meds, but the cancer came back and ten times bigger. So I had to put him down. It was the worst thing I ever had to do and I had to do it alone. Of course as soon as the doctor put him down I past out from my heart problem that I have. It was such a horrible day and I still miss him. It helps me to know that he is now pain free and running around in heaven waiting for me. I wish Lilly all the best and I will pray for her and you. I have a short video of him of his last day on my KZfaq channel. If you would like to see what he looked like. He was such an amazing service dog!!!

I had a golden who had similar cancer. She had a good few months after we got the diagnosis and initial lump removed. Of course she's a much bigger dog so maybe it was more or less aggressive, no idea Losing a pup is one of the most heartbreaking things so all you can do is keep her happy and comfortable and give her all the hugs and kisses you possibly can. She's such a little sweetie, it breaks my heart that she's not well. 💕💕💕 On a lighter note all of your makeup looks were PHENOMENAL in this vlog and I hope youre well and your antibiotics clear up your infection because whew that looks uncomfy All the love to you and Lily and your fam💕💕💕💕💕💕

Amy don’t lose hope our dog was diagnosed with longitudinal colon cancer 3 years ago and we have had him in for 2 surgeries to remove tumors when they become irritating for him. We just cherish each day and make sure he is as comfortable as we can make him. He takes a pain tablet every night and has good days and rough ones but then he will act like a puppy idiot at times that makes us realize we are doing what is best for him. Love to you and Lily♥️♥️♥️🐶

I have been following you on IG and i was so shocked when you said you were back in the hospital cause you are now allergic to your TPN, mast cell is no joke and i cant believe that you cant have lipids. I completely feel your pain regarding Lily. My parents had to put their dog Sadie down on November 21st, and I was able to be there to comfort her during her final moments. Still having a tough time dealing with it, but I'm glad she's out of pain. I'll be getting a tattoo of her paw print on my wrist very soon, so I'm really looking forward to it. Wishing nothing but the best for your fur baby. 🧡

My 10 year old baby was diagnosed with cancer this year as well, but her tumor is attached to her jaw bone and can’t be removed. It is the worse news to hear about your best friend, but she is still running around and living her best life. I feel so much for you and Lily, and I’ll be thinking of you two 💕

Hi Amy Nice to see your looking better, is your new TPN working and glad lily is on the road to recovery . I have four dogs and one had a tumor in his toe and we had to have it removed and nothing has come back but i do keep an eye out just in case it comes Back its now 6 months since opp and all is good , so i know what you've been though , send hugs and best wishes to you both Nick

I’m sorry you have a feeding tube infection. Can’t understand why some doctors ignore it until it’s too late. I had one too, took months for it to get better as it would t respond to the antibiotics.

Something I read about that may be very important for you is the development of a bacteria phage virus gel that was developed in a Canadian lab. Unlike antibiotics, bacteria can form a resistance to bacteria phages. They are bacterial predators. This new gel will hopefully be used for surgical implants and medical devices like your feeding tube.
