HELLO PEEPS! Not gonna lie..my fam and I finished the rest of the pastries the next day. Health, who is she?? Jk, but I just wanted to clarify that I am not having a "cheat" day cuz I am on a strict diet or anything. I don't really count calories usually or check my weight. I find that mentally (for me) it's better to just eat the stuff I crave in moderation on a daily basis. That being said, I thought it was good to show how my weight went from around 117 lb to 122 lb by the end of the day. But after two days of eating more regularly, I was back around 118 lbs. And even today (3 days post), I feel a bit bloated, so I'm sure I will go back to normal after eating less salty and processed food.
