@@shawnradke I beg to disagree. As an attacker, a frighteningly large part of your game is determined by that extra yard of pace, ability to avoid injury etc. He was technically amazing and I do believe he could have been top 5 in the world.

Borussia Dortmund is the most likeable club in football. It's the model for all football clubs in Europe. My local club Kerala Blasters is modeled after BVB down to Jersey colors and fan involvement.

@@TheRishijoesanu Just the money and nothing else. Buy for cheap, sell for Heaps. No ambition to win the CL or the Bundesliga and build something that goes down in the history as some legacy. Just Buy n Sell, Business FC. Had they been run by a responsible management, they would be challenging for Bundesliga and CL by keeping the players. Why sell them to bigger clubs when you rather can be a big club yourself?

One of the saddest things in football is Dortmund not winning the 2013 CL finals with the players Ilkay lists here. Himself, Hummels, and the Reus-Gotze-Lewa trio. Curse robben/ribery

@Dark Knight but one of the problems that they had in 2018 (and that problem exists now too) is that they don't have a good number 9. Before, Klose was there as a number 9 but since he retired, there is no pure number 9 to play for Germany. U saw in the game against Denmark that they created soo much chances but they could only score 1 goal, all they need is a pure number 9 like Lewandowski to finish those chances. And omg, that game against South Korea in 2018, Germany got chance after chance after chance after chance, but they just couldn't score a goal

Yea, a strong low-block team with a dangerous counter attack would score alot on this team. Even a rapid high press team with good wing play, like Liverpool, would give this team ALOT of problems, and probably beat them.
