I run a 17x9 +35 on mine with a 235/40. I have to run at least -3 camber all around to fit them, though. Also required an aggressive roll in the rear.

can you keep the channel updated on if the tires rub cause if i could run a simular large face wheel setup with a meaty side wall i would love it i just dont wanna roll the fender and or eat the tire away cause these e36's are not dumb fast but they are stupid fun on curvy roads so im not sure should i go large stance boy wheels or function? idk either way just asking cause i love keeping updated with your build since im at a simular point progress wise with what i want to have done

Totally - i’ll let you know if it ever starts rubbing, but i’ve had ZERO rubbing since i regularly push it on twisty/tight roads. If i were you, I’d prioritize meatiness. Smaller tires + wider wheels = you would definitely have to do some fender work for everything to tuck nicely and not rub. stancey boi stuff looks super cool in certain contexts, but personally i’ll admire crazy wheels on other peoples cars and enjoy ripping on my car 100% with zero rub :)

Where did you get that roll bar type thing thats behind the driver and passenger seat I’ve been looking for one but I have no idea what its called😭😂

That’s actually just a wind screen! My car came with it as a factory option, but you can pick up high quality remakes for maybe $200 or so. It completely cuts down the wind turbulence with the top down but you still get the open air experience!

I shoot with a Sony A6500 and a Samyang 12mm f2! Then I edit with Premiere Pro because it’s what I’m used to :)
