I have an E93 M3 in the same colour and enjoyed a holiday through a similar mountain pass through twisties and steep slopes. Was a blast with the new exhaust setup which sounds similar..

Just a week ago I had my e92 328i in space gray but I sold it a couple days ago, man I feel really sick for having done so. I will get that e92 back one day but the M3. Pls don't sell your bimmer for any reason especially a e92

Around 4.7 seconds for the MT, Exhaust doesn't give huuuge power gains, so probably not even a noticeable improvement in 0-60 time
