To understand the meaning of MV, you should watch her You and I MV. It's the first part of this story. Try to watch it too. He is making time machine to meet her. IU has a really beautiful voice. You should watch her live perfomances. Especially her Dear Name stage from MMA 2017. Most of artists who attended there, cried after her performance.

IU is an actress too.. she's Korea's no.1 singer & one of best actress in Korea, if u like dramas u need to watch her drama "hotel de Luna" .she writes her own music & helps producing & composing of her songs .. she's the most successful solo Korean female artist she's very much respected in Korea.. she's celebrity of celebrities everyone loves her all idols lmao

Ben it's okay to cry. That's what makes us human. The first time I heard the song and saw the video, I was in awe and almost shivering from goosebumps. The end made me so emotional that I cried. And now re-watching it with you is making me teary eyed again. This is by far my fave IU song and MV cause this is simply put, a masterpiece.

IU isn’t just a talented singer and songwriter, she’s also a really great actress too!! She starred or co-started in a lot of kdramas. The guy in the MV is Lee Hyun Woo, who is also an amazing actor and is one of IU’s best friend in real life. They have such a pure friendship!! They’re so cute! This MV is basically the continuation of her song and MV “You and I”. That’s when their love story starts and you will have a better understanding of what’s going on like the relevance of the clock that is drawn on his wrist and the date 12/31/19.
