This is my first ever showing of my entire movie collection. I'm not sure if I'll make it a regular thing and do updates, but I may do that if people show interest. I know that many other KZfaqrs do yearly updates of their collections and I enjoy watching those, so maybe I will do that as well, but I don't know. As of now, this is everything I own. All my movies, and even a quick showing of my video games and music CDs. I mostly collect animated films and TV shows that I grew up watching, so you'll see a lot of classic Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and Disney. I do collect some other things though...I like some modern comedies and holiday movies. There are a lot of titles that I have purchased and either never watched or only watched once or twice, which shows that I'm starting to get too many titles and may eventually have to get rid of some that I no longer wish to own. Some examples are the Care Bears and Land Before Time titles which I bought mainly because of childhood nostalgia but barely ever watch. Either way, I hope you all enjoy a look at my movie collection. I basically go through it pretty quickly because looking at each movie and talking about it would take forever. Plus that would ruin more comprehensive reviews of some of these titles in the future...which brings me to the last topic. If anyone wants to see any more specific videos of anything in my collection, please leave a comment. I will consider making a video about it. I already have planned Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network collection videos where I talk about them more in depth. So thanks for watching my video about my videos!

Really like the collection! I for one, would love to see your CD collection in depth, whenever you feel like doing it. Being from Tennessee and near the Smokey Mountains, I'm well aware of the beauty of Bluegrass. Love Alison Krauss, Nickel Creek, Earl Scruggs, Rickey Skaggs, Dolly Parton, etc. Like the Disney DVD's. I'm fond of Gargoyles, myself. My kids grew up with all the Veggie Tales stuff. Love those Bible stories! As for Care Bears and such, never feel the need to apologize for what you collect. Collect what you love, and love what you collect! Like all the Disney stuff, which I need to get more of, but they're so expensive. When do we get to hear some banjo? I'm pianist by trade, myself.

I like your Disney/Pixar Collection you got there. It would be great to see that they are slowly releasing the remaining ones in 3D. Maybe later on in a while, you should make an update of it.

J Double-L Yes, I will make more videos like that in the future. I have already made Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network collection videos (not published yet though). A more in-depth look at the Disney/Pixar titles is something I will do eventually as well.

I really agree on wanting Toad Patrol to get a full series release. I also loved the show growing up and now it's basically impossible to find anything past the first season, which isn't bad since I love the first season, but considering season 2 was my favorite as a kid, I'd love to be able to watch those episodes again.

Cool Disney collection! I'm a bit behind in the Disney category myself. Anything Disney whether cartoons or Marvel are always pricey and never seem to go on sale. But little by little I'll get them.

Howdy! Impressive collection. I was wondering about something: the shows that you grew up on, do you watch those or are those more for sentimental/nostalgic purposes? Or are those there to entertain your kids -- if you have any-- or kid relatives (cousins/nephews/nieces)?

+RSandiego Great questions. I buy them for the sake of nostalgia, no doubt, but actually I do still enjoy watching them from time to time. I have no kids or relatives that I share my movies with. I am one of those types of people who never really fully grew up, I guess. I still have interest in many things I was interested in as a kid. So that's why my collection is largely animated and from the 90's era. It's different from most people certainly and I'm sure some sort of psychologist could tell me some things about myself that I never would have thought of based on my 'stuff' and my interests...good and bad. But I'm happy sort of living in the past with things like this while enjoying adulthood and modern times. I hope that makes sense. Thanks.

Thanks for responding. I didn't mean for my question to sound judgmental/demeaning/intrusive or anything. I was just curious. And besides what does it matter what a psychologist would say; there is nothing wrong with enjoying watching stuff that you did growing up -- especially if it makes you feel good. Keep posting videos, totally enjoy seeing them.

I kind of agree with you about Frozen..I am a girl and watched it when it came out on DVD and it was a great film but I didn't see anything that was anymore special about it than other disney films but that's just me

WaterlooRoadGirl I just didn't like that the trailers were kind of misleading. I thought the snowman was going to be the main character and it was going to be sort of like a silly cartoon comedy (like a Mouse Works style cartoon). I bought the blu-ray based solely off of those trailers and was a bit let down when I found out that the snowman was a pretty small role and this was actually more of a Disney princess movie. Again, not a bad thing for people who are into that, but I personally don't know if I would have bought it had I known more about its' plot to begin with.

J's Blu-Rays, I wouldn't exactly say Frozen is overrated because you're not a girl, because a lot of boys, including me, love it. And Frozen Fever comes out in theaters on March 13th with Disney's Cinderella. Plus, Frozen 2 (the feature film) comes out in 2018. How's that for overrated? (And I found Danny Phantom; the complete series on Amazon.)

Pretty good collection you got. The homemade VHS tapes & Blu-rays are interesting. lots of the shows (Lloyd in space, goof Troop, Ducktales,ect.) on them are available on Ioffer.com as complete series. Also, catscratch & camp lazlo. Check out some Lego media: ninjago, legends of chima, and bionicle as well as Animal planet+discovery channel stuff (The future is wild & dragons a fantasy made real) Marvel, Michael Bay's transformer movie franchise, jurassic Park, The hobbit and Star Wars.

***** Not gonna lie, there are many that I have purchased that I haven't even watched or only watched once or twice. Aaaah!!! Real Monsters is one where I've only watched the first few episodes...I didn't really watch that one much as a kid, but I do still like it. But most of them I do watch. Hey Arnold is one of my favorites and I have watched every episode at least once.

Dude ! I finally watched your video during the day, "when I'm awake" LoL !! I apologize about the dumb ass comments I made, it was totally uncalled for specially to another movie collector like myself. You're doing a good job I appreciate your video and you have an awesome collection., I DK if you said so or not but I can tell from the accent you are either for Minnesota or Wisconsin. Am I right ? +J's Blu-Rays it's not anything impartial you're saying, it's not like you say " Don't CHA NOO"", lol, my moms side is from Eau Claire WI. 90 miles south of the Twins. I'm a Southern Ca. Los Angeles native. But I've spent a few winters in WI. 75 below with the wind chill , I even had to plug my car in over night. One time I was going to Wisconsin flying through Minneapolis there was a girl on the plane coming back from our lake to go home to Minnesota, all she could talk about was she's tired of all the accidents in LA, I need care where you live but my parents live in the township called Seymour out of Eau Claire Wisconsin, they are so close minded. The reason I bring that up is because when I was there I could not wait to get the hell out of there and come back to Los Angeles because I was tired of all the "accents" don't cha NOO!! lol. Anyways just having some fun at your expense hope I did not offend you. You have a kick ass movie collection.there is an app called My movies

+ctell310 try the my movies app there's a free version but it only let you put a few movies on there and is limited, but it will let you know if you like it or not. I paid for the full version and then use it for a couple years now and I love it I can take my movie collection with me wherever I go, it shows artwork special features and everything

GrimlockHero Thanks! Well the two shelves I had in the hallway in this video were purchased on Amazon. They are pretty generic shelves made by a company called Sauder. They are under $50, and basically you get what you pay for. They are not high quality wood by any means, but they do the job for a good price. Only complaint is that a full shelf of movies will cause the shelves to sag a little under the weight. The largest shelf, which I have in my room, was something I made in high school shop class. I sort of designed it with the help of my teacher and then built it. It turned out pretty nice!

Sorry about that must've been in a bad mood, I share the passion for collecting movies like you do, I have Disney Nickelodeon all away through slasher movies action movies doesn't matter I collect them all I'm addicted to good acting Blu-rays and DVDs, sorry if I came off wrong did not mean to and if I did I was probably half asleep, not going to get into it now but things are not going great my side of town LOL! jimmy SANCHEZ I got the two smaller shelves on Amazon. They are called Sauder Multimedia Storage Library. The larger one I made in high school wood shop class. Not sure where you can get Full House for cheap...maybe eBay or Amazon? I got mine at a local thrift store.

Nicholas Cheney Actually it is a huge deal to me. I could make a very long video about my struggle trying to get Wall-E with a slipcover! Any movie that has a slip, I must have it. The only one I am missing a slip for is A Christmas Carol 3D and I will find one eventually. Thanks!

Awesome collection. I also have a huge collection of dvds. Two full size book shelfs and it seems I need to get a third. Have you had any problems with the blu ray cases? Its seems like every time I buy one latley, the corners of the spine is always broken when I open it.

Abadox NES I have had issues like that with some. It's annoying. Usually I buy a few replacement cases, or in extreme cases where I'm really mad about it, I'll take it back to the store and exchange it. If you have a dollar tree in your area, keep an eye out. They occasionally get Blu-Rays there, and even though the movies are crap, you can pick up some nice spare cases for a dollar sometimes.

You don't have to be a certain age to like stuff such as Nickelodeon. I'm a animation major at the college I go to so naturally I like cartoons I'm almost 19 and I like classic nickelodeon shows and I even like some of Disney's older stuff too. You can like cartoons even if you don't have kids as well.
