Love all of your heels and heeled boots! I love, love the look of heels, but cannot tolerate them for more than 10 minutes. I have several pair, but wear them very rarely for only quite minimal periods of time. As a 4’9” girl, I love wearing shoes that give me height. Heels definitely make me feel more elegant and feminine, however, at almost 70 years of age, I have to be very conscious of the risk of falling, so I am very hesitant to wear them unless all the right conditions are in place (length of wear, walking surfaces, weather, etc). I often wear my ballet flats, platform Doc’s and Chelsea boots, my sneakers of choice are my standard white canvas sneakers and platform canvas sneakers. I love my flops and sandals in the summer and Uggs and knee high boots in the fall and winter. I’ve built up a really nice collection of shoes over the years but find myself always reaching for my ballet flats, Chelsea’s, sneakers, or loafers. I will often put on a pair of pumps, walk around the house in preparation to go and say “Nope…not happening today!” and change into more comfortable shoes. I am so envious….God, I want to wear those beautiful heels, but just can’t tolerate the pain!

She also rolls to the outside of feet. Especially the Right foot. She needs to strengthen her feet. That’s part of why shoes with heels hurt her. Her Feet are IMBALANCED. Which also effects posture. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤭🙄
