Annie, you are looking so well, so beautiful and so relaxed at this stage of your pregnancy. I wish you all the best in the upcoming weeks as you end this chapter of pregnancy and enter into Motherhood. All the best with the upcoming birth and arrival of your daughter. I know that everything will go well because you are super organized and ready. You have inspired me to get up earlier in the mornings which I haven’t quite mastered yet but I am getting there. Thank you so much Annie. I look so forward to your videos they are so inspiring. Even the smallest suggestions you have make such a difference! I am on medication because I have kidney disease so it absolutely helps me sleep but......my absolute must have to sleep are: a fan on, blackout curtains, fresh sheets and a shower before bed and also of coarse, the pillow between my legs. They all work so good!!

Sleeping without anything on is the best. I love how free and unrestricted it feels, and how the sheets and comforter feel on my skin. No underwear, no bra, no socks, just a huge t-shirt on
