@@fictionfatale3913 radiation from the sun responsible for skin damage can pass freely through cloud cover. Its why you can still get sun burnt when its cloudy out! Always wear spf for protection :)

Honestly I wear a SPF during spring and summer but I skip it during cold months. I know that's bad tho, but tbh if you use a sunscreen, you need to reapply it several times during the day, just putting a layer of sunscreen on the morning won't protect you for the entire day, and in fall/winter I'm just focused on hydration more than SPF. I should search for a spray SPF, to be able to reapply it easily through the day. I live near Switzerland in the french mountains and we have almost no sun during fall/winter months

@@melancolielupine2023 Hi this is so not my business but UVA rays (aging) are pretty much constant in strength year round, at least as far as I understand. Its the UVB rays that are weaker in winter. I just want everyone to age beautifully!!
