Hi Jamie, Just a health advice-you should not eat bird nest & drink coffee same time cuz coffee dehydrates your skin and adding bird nest is a waste of money when you need to drink 3glasses of water to compensate drinking 1coffee. I recommend u to eat bird nest first thing in the morning and drink green tea👍👍And maybe drink half cup of coffee in the afternoon after lunch...cuz morning absorption of vitamins is vital..⭐️😍👍
