Hi friends, I made a storytime vlog about my experience buying the YSL Lou camera bag from the YSL Website. I did lots of research on this bag by watching "Wear and Tear" / "Pros and Cons" reviews, but never came across any reviews going over the expectations of buying any bags online from the YSL Website. As I mention in my video, some of the reviews I watched talked about buying their bags from a third party sites and NOT experiencing top quality items or service! So I was kind of nervous about spending a lot of money on something I wouldn't be able to inspect before purchasing. I did proceed to purchase the bag online, but felt safer doing it DIRECTLY from YSL, mostly because of their return policy and hoping that working directly with the brand, top quality items and service could be met. In the end I am very happy with my online purchase experience as the item came in PERFECT condition and shipping was very secure!
In this video you will see my super excited reaction when I found that a shopping bag WAS included in my order and TBH my favorite part. I basically get the same things that comes with buying designer items in-person, PLUS I don't have to talk to people LOL. However, the in-person ability to "check the item for defects" part is missing and would be nice. Overall, I would say that I would buy another designer item online again based on this experience.
