The go pro subscriptions worth it. Just because when you plug in the camera, it uploads the video automatically. You can go back years later and edit the video. Seems reasonable for 50 a year. I just did the warranty on my session 5. I'm getting a Go pro 10. A 105 with taxes that's not bad.

I signed up for the subscription because it makes it sound like it covers damaged, lost and stolen, but it only covers damage. When I reported my gopro stolen to gopro, they said "sorry, dont cover that, but here's a 15% voucher", and I later find that I cannot use that voucher alongside the subscription discount, and the lady knew I was a member yet sent a voucher I couldn't use, so I get the choice of £100 as subscriber off or 15% off using the voucher, can't use both... They way they explain the service, it's pretty bad. Great if you damage a camera but the way it's sold is more than what it is...

I'm from uk and was shipping my hero 8 but the ups people said I didn't need the invoice things so don't know if it will even make it to go pro.

Hello GoPro. After upgrading to the new Premium+ subscription a few days before the renewal of my GoProPlus subscription, you have deleded my camera discount and it is stated that I have to wait for renewal after 1 year to get it. Why do you treat your existing uninterrupted customers as new subscribers without the discounts? Also the new subscriptions are not an upgrade but a downgrade from unlimited gopro and non-gopro storage to unlimited gopro storage and limited non-gopro storage (25gb for premium and 500gb for premium+ subscriptions). Also the new GoProPlayer with hypersmooth pro stabilization (the former ReelSteady) works only in very particular conditions and settings of the camera, which needs to already have hypersmooth, so from hero 6 black onwards. Also, the previous subscription had 3 camera discounts per year, now only one, for which you have to wait one more year after upgrading. Please fix these issues. thanks!

Well you are supposed to but they waved my fee! I don’t know why either as I was supposed to pay £90 but they did it for free!

@@ZiggyRockett for me it is 99eur plus VAT, so 123EUR, and the contact with the support was so bad experience - couldnt connect to the chat, they couldnt reach my phone number (any of 5 numbers I provided)

Maybe try and link them to all of these type of videos on here! I’m not the only one thats had the fee waved with no explanation!
