When you move states with only what you can take in a small car, hobby fashion takes second place to a lot of things. But I still have a tiny capsule with me and wanted to share, along with some plans for my lolita future.

Thank you! I think I've got some decent options and yes, that red fabric is lovely - I couldn't leave the shop without it, it's just such a perfect floral.

Uff, 6 months without your wardrobe😳 I find it hard already to pack for a short holiday, but 6 months...! But I love how positive you see it, and the way you treat it like a challenge with many opportunities. Lolita fashion often is so centered around buying new clothes (and I love it🙈), and I think that taking that element away will lead to a completely new way of connecting to the hobby/fashion/lifestyle. I think it will really help you to grow as a Lolita. A Lolita thrift flip sounds awesome! Maybe it's not too unlikely? In the spirit of oldschool Lolita you could find something to work with😍 But still...6 months😳

Thank you! At least it's Winter here now, so there's no way I'd be wearing lolita much (if at all) anyway! And by the time it warms up I intend to have made myself some more options ^__^

ooh the layout of your capsule wardrobe is so pretty it makes me wanna do one with my lolita wardrobe! it’s nice to see someone working with a tiny amount of pieces - i have a pretty minimal lolita wardrobe too and sometimes it can feel super isolating to compare yourself to other lolitas who have a huge collection!

I'm not really interested in lolita fashion so I have no idea why this was reccomended to me, but this was so fun to watch! Good luck living with your mini-wardrobe for the time being :)
