As a lady from the 70's & 80's, I over plucked like most everyone else back then. That along with developing Hashimoto's Thyroid disease, and going gray, has pretty much left me with very sparse brows. I ha e watched your brow tutorials over and over to try and get the courage to pencil in brows that don't overpower my face. Your tutorials are awesome, and I so enjoy the one on one feeling you deliver. Stay fabulous for us!! Pray for my brows 😁

Try something new. If you don't like it, make-up is easy to remove. Try something else. Play with it. Make-up is a big girl toy. (I'm 60 & just getting back into doing my make-up)

I hadn't thought of using two shades or the trim. Makes sense. Provides a more youthful appearance without the "waxy" look currently used by many. Enhances the lid.

I am so glad you did this video - I've been hoping for one! My eyebrows are where I need to concentrate more. I really like the fact that you showed step by step, including the frequent brushing. I have been in the beauty industry since 1985. As a cosmetology instructor ,stylist , and medical assistant to Dermatology and Plastic surgeons... and as a speaker... I think its incredibly important to keep your audience interested and engaged. Your info is valuable and useful but I found myself fast forwarding through your video to get to the key points of interest! Having said that ... your brows look GREAT!

This is so helpful. I have no arch and thin eyebrows. So frustrating. You make it looks so easy. I love the 2 color idea. Most people on KZfaq just use 1 color and tell us to go light. Sometimes that doesn't work. Thank you again good lady!

Lovely. I plucked my brows really thin all throughout the 80's. I've also had stitches through both my brows after an auto accident. I use the Anastasia products and really like them. I tend to draw above and below and have had to lengthen them in the space between my eyes as they are too far apart. Thank goodness for make up!

This video was so refreshing as far as technique to the eyes, I saw your last video on hooded eyelids and loved it because you showed the parallel of do's and don't's. And watching you I think it’s funny because my left die also is more hooded and my eyebrow is down a little bit lower also. So I’ve done some tricks to get them even but I’m not too old to learn new tips and tricks. My eyebrows are exactly the same. Over plucked as a teen and they never ever grew back. I've tried castor oil, coconut oil. Nothing works, so I have a similar routine. Nice to know I'm not the only one with eyebrow struggles! X

This is so helpful Nisha!! I have these tiny, thin and REALLY light brows that age me. My mom had the same type and so do my daughter and my sister. I harp on my daughter that she needs to get some kind of brow product and USE IT!! She's almost 34 but she's starting to look older due to tanning, not using good face products until recently and she had droopy eyes with pale blonde brows. She's beautiful but could be even MORE beautiful IF she would listen to me!! "Mother knows best!"

Nisha I just order from HSN a brow gel that is called Batti Jelly brow tint. Check out the video on HSN. You put it on and leave for two hours or over night. In the am or two hours you peel off the gel and the brows are done. Tip is to wipe while wet to shape them to make them look sharper. I will let you know when I receive it as to how it works.

Great job on your bows. I haven't trimmed my bows in a few years.because they have become a touch thinner, but I'm going to have to try this again after watching you. I don't have nice scissors like you do. I've always just used cuticle scissors. Now I might have to invest in some nice once like yours.

Lovely videos as always Nisha, very informative. I'm 28,and have had my eye brows tattooed at a nail salon back in 2008 Best $250 I ever spent. And it was not painful at all. I had to do it because I had a bad wax job and the let one never grew in right. I just take my tweezers and tweeze all the hair off that is growing in, so it's all smooth since I have my shape permanent. -AnnaNicole xo

Thanks so much for this, I have 1970s over plucked brows they don't even grow much anymore. I only have brows that are one to two hairs wide and now find that some grow so low down they could never have been my brows. I actually use what was the top of my brow for the bottom line now as they are so very thin I can get away with this. I have always stayed away from brow gels as I thought that they where for taming natural brows but I will now give it a go so again thanks ♥

I love it! great job Nisha, this is by far the best brow tutorial I have ever seen. You have done so many tutorials that have taught me so much. I use the Nyx, anastasia brow wiz, and the hourglass brow sculpting pencil in soft brown to dark brunette. I also use the loreal brow plumper in light brown, it is the same, just different packaging. I have tadpole eyebrows to! Yours are set a little higher than mine are, which is a blessing, especially wearing eye makeup. I have hooded eyes as well, with a very small area to work with when I am applying my shadows. I have always had hooded eyes, with age, well.. worse now. But your tutorials help so much. Thank you sooooo much for doing them, I really do appreciate it. You look great, and I love your hair! XOXO ;-)

People tried to warn me when I was younger not to tweeze my brows. They were right -- my eyebrows are so thin and sparse now and I have to always fill them in. I used to think Brooke Shields eyebrows were too big and bushy, but look at her now -- she never tweezed her eyebrows and they are beautiful. Live and learn!!

when you have really thin eyebrows you should look at your thyroid levels and at least try supplements to help your thyroid 😊

I so appreciate the video on applying any product to your brows, I've been doing it wrong all along. Really well drawn and shaped. You did a great job!! :) But I do think it would look better if you tried a cooler toned shade. Your warm toned brow is clashing with your cooler toned hair cooler. Benefit makes a cool toned brow gel. I think it's the number 5. There are also some cooler toned taupe pencils shades available in various brands. I really do think you need to stay away from the redder toned browns. But again ... super great job on the shape and penciling in technique!! :)

OMGish Nisha this is the most amazing tutorial I've ever seen for ugly eye brows. After seeing your tutorial I think there's still hope for mine. I've visited the cosmetic counters many times trying to find the best pencils, brushes etc. to use but I come away more confused than before. You used several different tools & colors to create your beautiful brows & I really would like help with that. If you would post the products you use it would give me some place to start. I love how you explained & demonstrated all this brow work. I especially was delighted to LEARN that, when TRIMMING our brows, that the LATTER half of our brows could/should be brushed DOWN for the trim... cuz for quite a few YEARS I've "been trying to hold-them-in-place" (with my left hand's finger) COMBED UP while I trimmed then! (giggle!) Personally, though, I still think your "thin over-plucked" eyebrows are cute as all get-out... & still the style of brows I love best (perhaps because when Brooke Shields came out with those THICK eyebrows, in the '80's, which I HATED, my heart & senses "over-reacted" to a "THIN ONLY, PLEASE!" preference... & I just plain haven't lost that preference! (grin!)

Fabulous tutorial! Since my face demolished a windshield 29 years ago, my right eyebrow is a compete mess. Not only is it missing hair in a couple spots, the scars make it difficult for products to adhere to, if that makes sense. I recently bought the eyebrow system from Younique and having more success.

This is awesome...my eyebrows have thinned so much and don't grow back anymore. I've had a hypothyroid for over 20 yrs and that can wreak havoc. Add to that as I age it just get worse lol. I'm very self conscious of them and suck at doing them myself. But this was great and im excited to try it!
