because no student can fund their education on his/her previous salary lest fully funded or a phd student. Your father (or blood relative) as your sponsor makes your case stronger

Hey bro, I applied to only one university and got accepted, however many people say that when they ask the question how many universities did you apply to. We should say 3 or 4, and if you say 1 you will get rejected. What should I do.

You will not get rejected just for this reason BUT the catch is you must have a solid reason for "why didn't u apply to any other university?"
