Well done Ben. I think overall you have produced a lovely mini without going over the top. You have added some really nice touches. I don't know if you are going to change the wheels but as far as I can see...they are the only thing I'm not keen on. Never have like all black wheels.

I really love watching what you’ve done with your car, mines a similar spec, just has all the JCW stuff like the interior and the wing, etc. But I was thinking of doing the dechrome and your videos really inspired me to do it, I got the same hoodscoop aswell. Still in the process of getting it how I want, just not so good for my wallet. These cars are incredibly customizable.

I like it, can't justify expense of passenger display for myself but that's me. Its your car and if it suits you sod the nasties out there. I do have one complaint though ,watching your videos is costing me a fortune but your codes are helping carplay coming tomorrow from SCP, good blokes there. Quick question. I have the bimmer code app with the obd adapter. Before I installed my apple carplay mmi adapter from scpautomotive, the bimmercode appworked fine. But yesterday I plugged I tried to use bimmercode to change a few things and I noticed it would say it would not connect. When I went into the trouble shooting link in bimmercode it stated that if I use the aftermarket apple carplay, the bimmercode app will not work. Other than taking it out and returning it to stock is there a work around to get the bimmercode app to work with the Apple carplay retrofit? I also installed the passenger display as well in my car. It really coming out great, and all this is because of your videos! Any feedback you can give me about the bimmercode situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hi Ben. I think you should add the centre spinners on the wheels. They are a bit pricey but they do look good I have them on my jcw that is the same colour as your car which is looking great at the moment. Well done.

Can you help, my rear light trim is dechromed and it isn't clipped on properly, I took it off and noticed the teeth that it clips into one of them is broken most likely due to someone or the previous owner pulling it off aggressively. Great color brother! Mine’s supposed to arrive mid October. Sadly , I couldn’t get the manual but apparently the 7 dct is quite good. Haven’t driven one yet (only my current 136 bhp mini cooper) How’s the handling/acceleration? Cheers brother
