Zucchini banana oatmeal cake
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana 150g.
1 zucchini 200g.
1 egg.
1 tbsp honey .
250ml milk.
100g (1 cup) oatmeal.
1 tbsp flax seeds.
30g (1/4 cup) ground almonds.
1 tsp baking powder.
40g (1/4 cup) chocolate sprinkles.
- Soak for 15 minutes.
- 21 x 15 cm (8 x 6 inches) ceramic baking dish, grease with coconut oil.
- bake at 180°C/350°F for 40 minutes.
125g (1/2 cup) yogurt .
120g (4 ounces/1/2 cup) quark.
1 tbsp cacao powder .
1 tbsp honey .
garnish:
chocolate sprinkles
