Regarding Luise - Try and think about it from his perspective and if he isn't doing the work and you are still being there for him, he 'may' be thinking you are are a pushover....I would disengage and pull away and if it is still there, great...if not, move past him bc he may be toxic (hopefully not!)

The reason you get sick from using so many seasonings is because alot of herbs are used for medicinal purposes and mixing certain ones can cause tummy issues
