The message of Scream mainly revolves around the criticism that woman receive in society and it’s making reference to the Salem witch trails basically because when someone would create a rumor about someone being a witch they would be killed for that. “Devil eye’s come” is referencing the stares and perceptions women get - judgement and so on. So they are basically saying: fine stare, deal with it I’m not worried of you hurting me anymore, in fact me being myself will make you scream. I know it’s definitely along those lines but my exact wording may not be completely right. The song has a great message on empowering women :) And it is on a story line with Boca : eyes, mouth, and part 3 may be something else like ears or something (my prediction)
