🤗You can easily make an oven like this and try to make your favorite food at home😃
🍞🍗Below are our favorite Sri Lankan baked bread and chicken recipes that I have made😍
Srilankan roast bread 🍞
Ingridiants
1kg wheat flour
3 1/2 tbs yeast
2 tsp salt
3 tbs oil
3 tsp sugar
Rosted chiken 🐔
Ingridiants
Whole chicken with skin
Ginger,garlic paste
Naga chili,coriander roots paste
Coconut oil
Turmeric
Chili
Pepper
Salt
Yellow rice filling(date,raisin,pineapple,onion coriander leaves,butter)
Butter glaze🍯
Butter
Thick soy sauce
Honey

Great technique. Is your father a professional? I was numb just looking at it. You used to build an oven in your garden. But in terms of dexterity and technique, your father wins. But in cooking, the tables are turned. I am keenly aware of your rich cultural level.
