What is the best process mapping software out there? Well…recently we decided to make the switch from Microsoft’s Visio platform to Lucidchart. It is not always easy to make these types of changes, specially if you have been using the same software for years. But after looking at:

2. Learning curve for us to effectively use the new software
3. Productivity gains by making the switch
We decided that Lucidchart was the better fit when creating process maps, and visual diagram.
