I think Glenn in season 1 is just so good. He’s kinda just put in wiht the badasses of the group despite not doing anything like what they did before, and he’s forced to just kinda figure it out. I think that’s what made him so cool in the first two seasons is that he has NO CLUE what he’s doing but everyone leans on him, and despite the adversity he keeps his strict moral compass. He’s also funny as fuck something I miss in the later seasons.

for me Rick Grimes is like the leader or the risker that have the guts and iq to do what they should do in a critical situation, Shane is like the person to "Make sure" if the team's decisions can benifit the whole people.
