Good day, friends. Chocolate desserts are not my favorite desserts. That's why it's hard for me to please them. But I really love this biscuit. It is airy, porous, tender and not dry. This sponge cake makes just perfect cakes. The sponge cake can be used in a Snickers cake, combined with caramel, nuts and meringue.
Ingredients:

- Sugar 160 grams
- Salt 1 pinch
- Milk 60 milliliters
- Vegetable oil 30 grams
- Butter 30 grams
- Flour 155 grams
- Cocoa powder 25 grams
- Instant coffee 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder 6 grams
