As a lifelong Connecticut Basketball fan I can tell you all year what an absolute joy it was to watch these kids play. They did so many things right and you can see why when a guy like Cam Spencer is one of your leaders. When Cam's playing career ends I hope he thinks about going into Coaching he will be amazing.

It's hard to say I had a favorite player on the 23-24 squad, but I can say that every time he came into a game, I was like "YES!" Their most exciting player and a game changer.

I am not saying he is John Stockton but Stockton-Like. He does not overwhelm his opponents with just athleticism. But, his skills (shooting, passing and defense) combined with a HIGH basketball IQ is a deadly combination. Also, Cam’s ability to make the right play at the right time is uncanny. He would be a great addition to any NBA team.

Cam is just a very high IQ player. NBA should give him a chance. He is a ready plug and play type, is better than many backup secondary players in the NBA. The so-called athletic backup guards are not much quicker than him. His IQ is definitely higher.
