I feel Chilled's pain at 6:29 so bad... I worked an entire summer mowing my aunt's lawn once a week. I had to use a terrible push mower, and most of the yard was a giant hill leading into a ditch by the road. By the end of it, she gave me the money to buy an Xbox. However, for the longest time I was stuck with the few games my mom got from the bargain bin at Walmart. It was actually my first experience with Legacy of Kain, which wasn't bad. I just kept getting stuck on the puzzles because I didn't know how anything worked. And I had some unknown 3d platformer that reminded me of what Conker's would have been if it were kid friendly. The saving grace was the combo disk that came with the Xbox. I don't remember what the first game was, but the second one was Jet Set Radio: Future. What an amazing game that I would kill for a proper sequel to this day.

Chilled, I hope you read this… 54:31 On Puzzle Party, what’s better, getting 2 points per matchup 50 times, or getting a longer chain of matches twice? Don’t be specific about it, but stop matching things until your board is more full. You’re almost playing perfectly, you’re just doing it backwards. You see white, flip it and put it on top of another white. That way, when the block in between disappears, you get double points for that pair. You’re good enough that you could build a chain, on purpose, that wins faster than holding down. Holding down is still a fast backup strat.

1:54:13 Honeycomb havoc strategy: All 4 players in the game: -On your penultimate turn your taget is to leave 7 fruits on the tree before the honeycomb. This is the safe number, they can't kill you off next turn, and you will be in the driver's seat to play the safe way on your last turn. -Last turn: leave 2 or less fruits before the honeycomb. When 3 players are in: -Penultimate turn: Leave 5 fruits on the tree. -Last turn: leave 1 or 0 of them. Final round: -Leave 3, or the multiple of 3 (6, 9) fruits, and after your opponents choice (1 or 2) always pick the opposite number. In all situations where you are out of position, and no chance to reach the target number: -pick 2 fruits if you still have to keep too much on the tree, like for example in 4 player game when there is 10 fruits, leave 8 on the tree, not 9. (And hope that at least 1 of your opponents will also pick 2, pushing you to the target window. -pick 1 fruit if you have to go under the target, and hope for an other player also chooses 1.

In answer to the question about orthopedics: yes some totally hate certain bones or areas and won’t touch them. Ortho I worked with wouldn’t touch hands and always sent them to a specialist.

1:54:09 If you want the try-hard strats for the honeycomb havoc mini-game: When it's down to two people, you just want to end your turn so that the number of FRUIT (don't count the honeycomb) left is a multiple of 3. Then choose the opposite of your opponent. If they take 2, you take 1. If they take 1, you take 2. You are guaranteeing that you can remove three fruits every round, which will leave your enemy with the comb. If both players are aware if the multiples of 3, then you just have to hope you're granted the ability to make it happen first. When there are three people remaining, your goal is to stick the next person in line with 5 fruits. If both players combine to take 4, you can take 1. If both players combine to take 3, you can take 2 (or 1). If both players combine to take 2, you take 2 (the next player will take one, and the third player will be eliminated.) When there are 4 people remaining, you want to stick the person behind you in line with 7 fruits. Worst case, they'll take 6 away, allowing you to take last fruit. If they take 5 fruits, you can take 2 to kill the next person or 1 to kill the person after. If they take 4, you can still take 1 or 2, it's just a matter of killing the third or 4th player. And if they take 3, you need to take 2 to ensure that the 4th player dies. So basically: With 2 people, you want to keep it in chunks of 3 fruits, making sure to always leave 3, 6, 9, or 12 for your opponent. Each additional person remaining, add +2 to that magic 3 number. With 3 people, stick the next person with 5. With 4 people, stick the next person with 7. Obviously this is not always controllable, but if you know this while your opponents do not, it lessens the amount of luck you'll be relying on.

Round 1: As for this game, you can see Chilled got stuck with 7 fruits and 4 people left. He knew he was in trouble immediately. Speedy (unknowingly) played well in the name of self-preservation here by taking one fruit to leave Chilled with 7. Speedy was safe the rest of this round, no matter how poorly the others finished it out here (Fooya with the worst move, taking just 1 of 4 remaining. If she takes 2, she could have ensured she survives.) Although worth noting: At the very beginning of the game, Larry got to go first with 11 fruits. So he didn't have the power-position, he was more or less the king-maker. If he takes 2 fruits, Fooya could take 2 to stick Speedy at the dreaded 7-spot. If he takes 1, Speedy will be able to take 1 or 2 (depending on Fooya's choice) to land Chilled at the dreaded 7 spot. So Larry took 1, giving power-spot to Fooya. But not realizing it, she messes up and transfers the power spot to Speedy. So that was actually 2 catastrophic moves on Fooya's part in this round alone. Her elimination was earned. Round 2: 8 fruits available for 3 people. Chilled goes second. So he was actually given the power position, as he can make sure Larry is left holding the bag with the dreaded 5-spot, regardless of what Speedy decides first. And that's exactly what happened. Larry took 2 of the 5 remaining, leaving just 3 for 2 people. But even if he took just 1 he'd be leaving 4 for 2 people. So I suppose it would be best for him to have taken 1, and try to plead with Chilled. But it was a rough spot no matter what. Round 3: Speedy was actually in the power position here. If he takes 1, he sticks Chilled with 9 (multiple of 3.) He messes up though and takes 2. Chilled makes the first move at first, but then bungles big time on his second go-around. Very sad.

Pretty sure the finger thing is because you're a tall guy, like me. 6'2" and my fingers are shaped *exactly* like yours are. And I'm Italian, and old. Going to be 40 the next time we decide who our next Washington Overlord is. But seriously.. It's either an Italian thing, or a tall person's thing. ;) And I doubt either of us did those hand exercises the pediatrician told us to do.

Coming from the splatoon talking shit comment from chilled around 18:00 I've always found that when anyone is really good at a game and trashtalking you, and you want it to stop, telling them to stop makes them most of the time continue being assholes. If you actually want them to stop the best way I've found is to be polite with them and tell them that their skill is amazing, and get them to be distracted from trashtalking by something else. You show them you don't care too much about the trashtalking, and you get them to laugh a bit and be actually cool for once. It has helped me alot with Garrys Mod: TTT servers.
