MY FAVORITE Puddle Pour of All Time! | Acrylic Pouring with Metallics!

WOW! I haven't been this excited over this kind of result in a really long time! I just love this metallic puddle pour! 🙂 I used a lot of colours that reminded me of Summer and warm weather which we're all really looking forward to.
I did use some "new to me" acrylic paint by DecoArt, which is just awesome! I'm glad I picked some up and will need to grab a few more colours next time I'm shopping for a few supplies! This may also be a very good technique for those who are new to acrylic painting and abstract art!
I find acrylic puddle pours to be relaxing and am really glad this one turned out how it did. I just love this type of acrylic pouring swipe tutorial! What do you think and have you tried a puddle pour or any fluid art lately? Let me know in the comments below!

Question: I see how the large purple spot bothered you as you were tilting the pour. I've seen multiple artist adjust areas manually and then continue with the pour. Many artists believe their art should not be manually manipulated at all. I have no position on the two methods. I couldn't help but just wonder how you felt about doing somethings with the large puddle of purple. And regardless the outcome was beautiful. It was a lovely creation of your vision as an artist. I've never seen a pour like this one and I had no idea how it had a chance of succeeding! I was totally awed and impressed! Thanks for the new technique!

I love this pour and thank you for the compliment. I chose to tilt the purple off because I didn’t think it went with the rest of the painting. I was happy with the color choices I used, I just didn’t want that much purple in the end. Thank you for watching! 🙂

Love it.. a lot What is the mix for the colors and the cell activator? .what type if white and what additive? ...please

Thanks Anna, I appreciate it! Colours are listed in the description, and I added about 2/3oz of North American floetrol to each colour and the rest is pouring medium. My CA is Amsterdam white acrylic with NA floetrol- 2 parts floetrol/1 part paint along with 3 drops of penetrol which makes the lacing reaction. I hope this helps, and thanks again!
