My favorite one goes like this Queens off to the side. Control to bottom place one queen on top face up on queen on the bottom face up (rest of deck of is face down duh :P) in-jog (towards your hand) the bottom queen enough so that the you can touch the bottom card with you fingers. so your left with thumb touching the top queen, and fingers on the bottom touching both the queen and the bottom card. Then throw the deck in your other hand. (this will leave the queen, selection, other queen, in your hand) Break for applause :P
