@@Jo_Zh don’t have issues 90 % of the time. Remaining 10% just close app and turn off go pro and turn back on. Also don’t matter what device it is, got to keep firmware up to date and app up to date. Really isn’t that serious. Literally love my GoPro more than my iphone camera, more than my Nikon, and as cool at my Insta360 x3 is, more than even that. It’s literally the best camera to just pick up and have fun. Don’t really have to baby it or worry about breaking it. You think GoPro’s are buggy? Try Nikon Z cameras. Love em but those things are a POS when it comes to connection.

As a owner of both I would recommend go pro for eg this video.. you can check the preview using your phones GoPro app and don't need to buy any other shit like how he is showing

It's a cool camera, but it's in no way they replacement for a GoPro in terms of video quality. Two different beasts. Also GoPro on chin mount is awesome.

Main disadvantage of gopro for me is when you press record button you aren't sure is it going to turn on or is it freeze again...

@@kanaxdlp2263Had a go pro hero 10 and it was terrible. Overheated too, I record my fishing, the insta 360 x3 hasn’t overheated and is better image quality and stability. Last about the same battery wise too. Not sure what the go pro hype is about but they’re not great.

The biggest advantage of Insta360 is that magnet. Hands down the absolutely best feature which I don't understand that GoPro hasn't done yet. I plan to record POVs of driving and I can just clip GO 3 on my cap and it's done. No screws, nothing heavy, just clip that light minicamera and go.

I have both. Both have their advantages. GoPro has better overall quality. Insta has more flexibility in post. Mounting convenience is nice, but to me, GoPro will have the upper hand as long as it has voice commands.

I have the GoPro hero 2. My biggest issue is that the freezing got to the point I couldn’t do video with it. It just sits there now. Every time I think about getting another GoPro I hear that the issue is still there. I like the size of the insta 360. Don’t like the battery life.

It's very stable, only when the distance is more than 5-6 meters starts to get choppy, or when big objects block the direct line of signal

How about when you mount the main body of the go3 on your bike plus mounting the camera on your helmet? Doesn't it take the same amount of time when mounting the GoPro? And yes, there's a GoPro Quik App..

The action pod can't be submerged but there's already a dive case available if you want to use it scuba diving or snorkeling

I’ve bought insta360 Go2 instead of GoPro because of its tiny size and ease of use compared to GoPro which is bulky and hard to mount. However, video quality is a joke compared to GoPro. I’m very disappointed and I’m wondering why in the reviews we don’t hear that! In low light it almost becomes like a $30 piece of toy.

because I don't want to have my smartphone on the handlebar, it's more delicate than the go 3 case. And also gopro phone live preview doesnt work when the camera is recording

Yep. Another reason Go Pro has gone down the drain. They removed the ‘live preview while recording’ feature on all models after the Hero 8 because they got sued by Contour

gopro,s are crap they freeze and the battery goes flat after half hour recording them cheap 20 pound one on ,bay is well better its a ultra hd action camara and i can record for an hour and its still full when iv finished

Not even close. Insta360 can only record 5 mins at a time before shutting itself off. Gopro can go longer and cool down faster. I have the gopro 10 and insta360 go2

all the GoPro competitors have cool features but I still bought a GoPro because A) I got it at almost 50% discount due to close proximity to GoPro 12 release, summer offers and prime day B) I know I'll buy a newer one in September, either a GoPro or a DJI C) I always find ways to work with camera angles D) Resolution and quality is better in a GoPro E) I don't like white cameras
