Love it. Keep spreading the good word! Been following these videos for a while for my channel (it's not this one hah) that was started as a passion project rather than a business. Definitely solid advice to not become a gear wh0re. It gets expensive real quick. It's also a good experience to learn be able to try and get the most out of more affordable gear too.

thank you! glad you loved the video. yeah I think were all victim at times with gear and its okay to do it every so often but definitely hold yourself from doing it too much. I do agree you're able to learn a lot from having gear but I always told creators to meet another creative who has gear and help each other out so you both don't have to buy all the gear. you can share and save

You should. I know some people like to pay after but I always get my payment before edit unless there's a contract in place then that's the only time it's okay to get paid after. usually for music videos payments all all done before starting edit and for commercial clients they pay me after the edit/project is complete
