I'm taking a small break from my home organization series to give you a much requested 2013 update of my Filofax, including my calendar, daily to-do lists, and Project Management. I also have a few new additions, including a work notebook and my CNP (Creative Necessities Pouch). This was fun to watch...I have been running on .99, 2 year pocket calendars for some time now, color code/sticker-ing just like you do! I like how you have taken time to plot goals for yourself - I need to do this! Thanks for all the tips!

I didn't keep a daily diary or to-do list until I started watching your channel and now I won't be without them!! I too love the creative side and breaking things done. Using sticky notes and coloured pens lol...I love it all and it keeps me really focused. So thanks for helping me :)

This is an awesome video! Thank you Jen, I needed a little inspiration to get back into taking life more seriously. I write really big so I use cheap composition notebooks like the kids. I put scrapbook paper on the covers so they are really pretty and easy to identify. I keep everything together in a tote bag I made from a bird seed bag. Lol, a bit of a creative outlet. You are right, it helps with motivation to continuously create! Love your channels and growth over the past few years!

Love this update. I like the idea of separate project notebook. You are so organized and detail oriented it is so refreshing. Some may think it is too OCD but I believe that if you are organized and prepared life goes so much smoother. For moms with kids though the days don't always go as planned but basic schedules with flexibility are still good systems to follow.

This was one of my favorites! I always think I am unorganized but do much the same as you- in our attempts to manage time and stay organized. Love all the color! Oh...and you are better at actually using it. I may have to switch to Filofax as a way of keeping stuff together. Thanks so much, Jen! This really helps. :-)

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! This was a great inspiration to jazz up my filofax and make a notebook for our upcoming move. I couldn't figure out where to incorporate that, and you nailed it! I just love your creativity and attention to detail. I doubt my notebook will be as perfect as yours, but I will have a blast making it just the same. Thanks again!

I have been using canary post it pads like your purple sized one for my work.. I work in human resources and I am just like you I rough draft and then check off my canary post it but add finals only what I completed on my planner lol i don't seem so stressed if not everything is completed and by adding what I did complete it helps motivate me to be more productive or I'll realize that there are times I achieved more. :) thank you for sharing!

I am new to being organised but I feel like as a mother of 2, I need some stuff written down as I keep forgetting stuff and watching this video has inspired me to get a pouch like yours and fill it with my notebook, pens and stickers as I get inspired out and about and don't always like to get my phone out to take a picture or just like to be old fashioned and write everything down.

Awesome video and ideas. I love your time management and productivity videos. This one has Great ideas that I plan to use.... The project management books are an idea that I'm inspired by and the sleeve that u keep your pens, markers, etc is something I plan to use (with a masculine touch of course! Lol. Great videos... You inspire many of us! :)

I like things to be aesthetically pleasing too... not only because I like pretty to surround me but I'm more likely to be consistent if everything is neat, tidy, looks beautiful & feels special. I've never gotten into the color coding in my Franklin Covey planner & do most everything in pencil. However, anything I put on my iCal, I've enjoyed giving it a colored category. I like seeing your process & see what I might incorporate nicely into my particular style of scheduling. TFS!

I can't answer for Jen, but I do the same. For me, who has a hard time fighting mental illness, the ability to 'tick off' something straight away is enough to get the ball rolling with other things. So I will have 'wake up' 'shower' 'eat breakfast' and other such menial tasks.

Jen, do you keep lists for cleaning and overall home maintenance? And do you separate it by daily, monthly, yearly, etc? I remember in one of your videos you mentioned you wash your bathroom rugs first laundry day of the month. I am trying to come up with a full list like that and am stuck! Thank you!

Jen, you are incredibly inspiring...just received my first Filofax and am ready to organize my life! Tough to find 2013 refills but working around them. I really wanted an additional clear ruler but cannot find one online (or from Filofax) at all. I can find a "personal" size but not A5. Anyone know what's up with that?

I can't find the day per page refills on the filofax website or anywhere??? the filofax site only shows pocket and personal not the a5 size? do you know of any other place to get them?

Love this video about your Filofax I def have to purchase one soon I have a little calendar with all my notes and my stickers in it but I think the bigger book would help so much more and I'm def like you if it's pretty and creative it will make it easier and I want to look at it! Love the ideas you did with the moleskin journals going to have to get some so I can do something like that to! :)

Post-it has a mobile attach and go pocket thing which may be a solution to the combo packages of sticky notes. You could perhaps just assemble your own favourite size post-it items in there. I'm considering it as an option for myself.
