Night #1 of OHIO Speedweek at Attica Raceway Park in the 410 Sprint Car had some ups and downs. We struggled to adjust quickly to the fast track, and qualified 6th quick in our group. After qualifying, we dropped back in our heat race. But bounced back to win the C Main and really got rolling around the high side at Attica. Advancing through the C Main, we did not make much progress in the B Main but keep the car in one piece. Really excited for the next 7 nights of action!

Forgot to mention something. Tanner, I REALLY like your synopsis once the night is done and you've had a chance to relax and reflect. Enjoyed your comments on the track, the facility, the fans, the racing surface, etc. It truly gives your fans a detailed accounting of the event. I hope you continue your ending night summary. You don't have to explain your performance Tanner to the guys who have been in your shoes, it's a lot harder than it looks. I think you are doing great for the experience you have at this point. To be the best you have to race with the best. Keep it up and be safe out there.

You're so far ahead of your time as a racer and as a young man Tanner; there is no ceiling for you! Listening to you analyze every detail is what is going to separate you from everyone else! Congrats on a great night one; like you said, "car is in one piece" that is important when you have 7 days straight of racing! Keep it up!

I left you a message awhile back from here in Florida I run super late models,I did some trading for a Sprint car,I finally got it put together and rented the track a few days ago,I have a whole new level of respect for you sprint drivers💯I made a couple lap's half speed getting the feel of it I still don't fully understand what went wrong,but as they were lifting me and the car out of the front stretch catch fence, where I was hanging like a Christmas ornament,I tried to figure it out,the car was handling great then it dug in and kart wheeling and bouncing until luckily for me the rear wheel hung on the top cable of the fence,Point being I'm sticking to my late model that has yet to take flight,I'm happy to ship it to anyone who would like to become a race car driver, great video great race and I have no doubt you will make it to the big league you have talent

My favorite vlog channel on YT. I talked you guys after Attica Friday night & sorry for being all weird & nervous lol. You have the perfect mindset, to learn & just make laps & getting a feel for fast competition & most importantly, bringing the car back in one piece. Good job Tanner that curb in 3 and 4 during qualifying was huge and giving everyone trouble. You looked awesome in the C main you were flying. It was fun watching you and meeting everyone after the night was over. Stay safe and bring it home in one piece. I grew up in Attica….My Dad raced in the 50’s in Attica…lived up the street from the fairgrounds next to the cemetery Keep charging hard

Hey Tanner, still following every video and I've messaged you before. And amazingly you responded. I know you get alot of messages so I don't expect answers but just want you to know how proud I am watching your journey. You are humble and diligent ...clearly doing everything the right way constantly learning and paying more attention than most. Originally from Cali going to Hanford San Jose Madera Tulare and watsonville oh and chico since I was six months old 1970- now in north Carolina lots of late models but fewer sprint opportunities. Cherokee speedway in Gaffney south Carolina. Check it out. You're doing an amazing job and have an incredible supportive family. That was another thing I couldn't believe we run 900 to 1000 HP in our cars but it was a total different animal having that 900 plus HP in that light Sprint car,the response from the car was instant, compared to more of a delayed,I think if I would have tried this sprint stuff 10 years ago I could do it,but 30 years of late models and street stocks im 48 now and stuck in my ways, and you are doing it correct,not looking for instant gratification take it slow learn and each time you will move up a spot or two until your upfront, people think that they are good enough when it's just them on the track,but you add traffic it's nerve racking bumper to bumper wide open sideways,one wrong move from anyone and boom the car is trashed

Just a reminder for ya next time you're in Ohio, loose is fast and if you're are not on the topside you will go backwards. Attica and Fremont are home tracks for me. Not a huge fan of Fremont tho

Going alright for a new track, you will be in the A- mains soon enough. Tanner why don't you hit up Lachie McHugh for a 10-15 min chat to see what difference it is for him coming off the Australian speedway season and racing in Ohio. He was great back on the 25th of April when he won his 3rd consecutive QLD title. I'm sure as a fellow Aussie he will be glad to have a chat with you. Go rip that Lip. LOL
