Kelsie I love your video's and totally get the organisation frustration! Perhaps buy a new one of your white high cabinet (or 2!) and replace the lower ones; getting more storage space might really help you organise and you should be kind to yourself by giving yourself easy solutions!!

Hi Kelsie! Have you thought of creating a spread sheet? That way even when you do get organized if life gets away from you you only have to check one place instead of digging through your stache. You would also be able to maintain your inventory when you shop sales at one glance! Just a thought, have a lovely week!

Yesss I’ve been waiting all week for this vlog! So exciting to see the 60 skeins of yarn (I don’t care if they’re all the same color) Also I think you closing the custom order option on your website is a great idea! It will give you some time to restock, go through stash, and organize. I know right now you don’t have enough space to store everything properly, so maybe you’d wanna keep an excel sheet with all your yarns listed, and every time you buy more or use up a skein, you update the list. This way next time you’ll know if you have more of that orchid color laying around.

There are shelves on Amazon that you can put together anywhere you want like they clip together so you can rearrange them however you want to fit your space and they help me a lot with my yarn stash.

I’m rewatching a lot of your videos and I ordered a bunch of velvet yarn to make scrunchies for the first time and I realized I ordered the same coffee color velvet as you! Love your videos! I’m coming from a live you were doing, I know you probably won’t see this but I think for lives mods might be helpful. I ended up leaving because of some of the comments. I think the “normal” lives, the ones that don’t show up in the shorts are a safer community. Anyway I hope you are doing ok after that live, you definitely deserve some Thai food.

i hope she does see this, those comments were a nightmare. i quit lives because of harassment. it's really hard to moderate but it's necessary, people are awful and annoying. i wish there was a safe platform for crafters to stream and make videos with better control of viewer harassment/abuse. as lovely as many of them are, too many viewers/commenters are trolls, bullies, or abusers. we shouldn't have to be subject to an uncontrollable stream of spammy comments and harassment, moving so fast that you can't even interact with the genuine viewers wanting to chill. instead every half a second someone spams "how to change colours how to change colours how to change colours" alongside 300 similar spam comments

i hope Kelsie is taking care + doing okay, and that she or other craft girls start talking about these experiences because i really want it to change. i didn't see any super inappropriate comments towards Kelsie but when i tried to go live as a girl just wearing shorts and crop top with yarn in my lap, i was distraught + disturbed after the shit those people said to me. it's so unfair and disgusting, i really hope we see some conversation about this so we can learn how to moderate this, if it's even possible. i feel like we need a strictly craft/lifestyle platform with actual consideration to the creator's needs in this aspect. sorry for the ramble ❤

I’ve been mainly an amigurumi gal since I started crochet years ago because sizing clothing items to fit my xxs body was always overwhelming but recently I’ve been making tops with the Bernat velvet and they are so cozy and cute to pair with a skirt or wear under a robe. Today I think I’m gonna use one of your patterns to make another top and hopefully changing the hook and size yarn doesn’t confuse me too much. If you ever find the time please do a conversion video to make the tops out of velvet yarn 🥺 I love hanging out and crocheting to your vlogs btw! 💕

The Michael’s online is from a 3rd party seller it looks like. Yarnspirations has 9 colors showing but not all are in stock. Interestingly enough, Office Supply also sells yarn and free shipping over $45. I’ve also had good luck finding yarns on Walmart but I don’t buy from 3rd party sellers on there either, they tend to be very expensive.

I know you Love making scrunchies❤ and i Love watching your vlog. I think your idea of closing the Shop for your own Creative time would be great! In fact you dont need any more yarn. You Need time to work on new Designs with the yarn you have. I am so sure many people would buy the Designs you put in your Shop Like hexagon cardis or Granny Square Bags etc. you will be Sold out in the Blink of an eye. You could try putting the yarn you use less in boxes and the one you use more (like the scrunchies one) in shelves and baskets and closing custom order sounds really smart (Haven watched the whole video yet so maybe I'm yapping)
