The food you eat called "Paigu Ou" soup ,"Paigu" is pork, ‘’Ou" is a special vagetable in China, and in Wuhan,"Ou" as a food ingredient allways cooked for soup, because Wuhan is a lake city , which is means there are so many lake and marsh,and the "Ou" is grows under these lakes. Your video reminds me of my college days, I studied in Wuhan for 4 years, this is a bueatiful city, and Wuhan has the best breakfast in China.
