I work for the shoreside team with Princess. I’ll be on the last sailing for the Discovery Princess this summer just to cruise. I’m so glad you enjoyed your time with us. It’s always nice to see the perspective of a first time cruiser.

I live in Alaska in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley and seeing you come to Alaska was awesome. Funny enough it is not always rainy or cold In Alaska. Where you traveled it is almost always rainy but right now where I live it is 75 degrees and feels like 85. Glad you enjoyed your trip to Alaska to bad you weren't able to explore a little farther north. 😁

I love your enthusiasm & positive attitude! I was on this same ship to Mexico in April 2022, and will take it again to Alaska on 9/11/2022. This will be my third Alaskan cruise with Princess. My first Alaskan cruise was in 1999 and we had the same type of suite. It could be pouring rain and cold -- I don't care! It's a cruise! It's Alaska! It's the end of this bloody heat wave!!

I went to Alaska back in 2008 on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. Love your videos and was happy/surprised your from Seattle same as me. Keep up all the great work and I look forward to your next video(s).

1) Great choice for the Alaska cruise, a lot of people have that on their bucket list. 2) haha now your expectations are super high now for any other cruise you take next and the suite doesn't help. Well unless you get a suite everytime. 3) You didn't mush the doggies!! That is soooo awesome to do and if thry have new puppies you can give them hugs. 🤗

Great recap.of Discovery I just sailed 2 weeks ago. Loved it. Did Kayaking in Ketchikan, hike in Juneau, and bike ride in Skagway. We had great weather. Ship is so beautiful. The Juneau dining room was closed when I was on.

Excellent vlog! My wife and I just returned from our first cruise on this very ship. It was a shorter cruise from LA to Ensenada, Mexico. Loved it! The Alaska tour looks amazing, thanks to your vlog that will be our next cruise in 2025. Thanks for introducing us to your channel. Well done!

we went in 2015 August. never had i ever had issues packing for the trip. Seattle...90 degrees, Tracy Ann Forge Glacier - 20 degrees...raining in Juneau! we also bought winter gear while on the trip, never wore them again as we live in Atlanta! LOL you did our 7 day but in a different order. We did Juneau/Skagway/Ketchikan/Tracy Ann/Victora. I am so glad you had the same great experience! i even sag "The Love Boat" Them in karaoke while on the love boat!

"where did you come from?" Yeah, Mt. Rainier does that. When I lived in that area, it could be months of gray skies, and then all of a sudden a perfectly clear day and you would turn a corner, and there would be Rainier. It always surprises you because you don't normally see it.

Great video I did a Alaskan cruise after my wife passed away a few years back and really enjoyed it, but I'm older now and maybe will pick a cruise line that isn't set to the younger more drinking crowd.

cruise ships give one some of the craziest experience. My first time was 12 years ago in msc orchestra and that was the best holidays. After that i have been to 6 more cruise ships(most of them were royal Caribbean). u have to try these, atleast once in ur life.

Very cool. I work for the port of Vancouver as a long shoremen when cruise ships come into Vancouver canada we load all the food and other goods and all the baggage onto and off of the ship. It’s funny I work on the ships at port but I’ve never been on a cruise myself. But maybe one day, the food is amazing!!

@@JennaEzarik ya a lot goes into it, when I’m doing my job of loading and unloading all the goods, food, baggage and literally anything else the ship needs (and some stuff is crazy) in such a short amount of time, and then when people show up late and the ship wants to leave. It’s controlled chaos. But so fun!
