hello lovelies!!!!
this is a travel vlog from my recent weekend in brussels, belgium! as you know, it was my first solo trip, which was surprisingly very freeing and fun!
i found that i had so much more time, was able to run on my own schedule, and take everything in - uninterrupted! although solo travel has its benefits, i don't think I could do it long term. however, for a weekend, its perfect, and I will be doing it again!
here are some parts of my itinerary for inspo, as per my notes app:
- try fries (maison Antoine) and waffles and chocolate and Belgian cherry beer (cherry beer was INCREDIBLE)
- cafe Leopold
- grand plac
- royal galleries
- mont des arts (lil hill view)
- wolf market dinner
- morrales district ( palace of justice)
- yoyal palace (change of guards 2:30pm)
- brussels park
- cinquantenaire park
this trip would not be possible without my besties purchasing it as the best gift ever for my 25th birthday... love y'all so much!

What month did you go?? Im thinking of going to Brussels for a few days in December from Luxembourg. Im not sure if I should go there or to Amsterdam instead. Ive already been to Amsterdam, but Brussels is closer!! Would you reccomend??

I you have visited Amsterdam already I would choose Brussels this time. Depends on your interests too of course though for the food the choice is obviously Brussels.

Hey! I went in March. Of course it's nicest when the sun is shining but it'll probably be cloudy in December. I do recommend you see it, I think Brussels is perfect for a day trip! It's enough time to see the main sights. If you're planning a longer stay, in my opinion, Amsterdam would be a better choice. hope that helps:)

Why stand in that long queue for a bus when for 10,80€ you can catch a comfortable train straight from the airport to Brussels-Central ? No bad weather (the train station is underground) and no traffic jams. 4:05 the "cathedral" is actually the tower of the city hall. Wise choice to have the waffle coated with powder sugar only. That's how it's supposed to be eaten. How could you run out of footage storage ? SD cards are for sale anywhere.

lovely city lovely video nice editing 10/10 keep pushing, and if you're still in belgium visit the moroccan street the biggest table if iftar was orgnized there I think I'd love to visit the country one day inshaallah
