As a dentist also I would warn you against eating meals with your staff too frequently. It is ok sometimes but there will be problems with these behaviors when you need to discipline a staff or let someone go for some reason. Just letting you know the reality of being a doctor and running a business.

I love how their team actually cares and loves for the children like their a relative to her/his family and it’s so exciting seeing that. I’ve haven’t been to a dentist that gives kid toys before and I seen this dentist and they actually are really nice. I think I prefer going there when I was young. And the first patient was very cute! 💕🥺✨

Life lesson #1 from Papa John hits closer to me. It's a perfect message for me especially nowadays I feel like the plans for myself are not coming my way. Whoever named this clinic 'Beam City' did such a good job. Beaming with joy and happiness. 😊 Working with such organized and cool people must be a dream. The way the babies are treated is just so adorable. And here I am now a fully grown woman want to be a baby and travel all across the world to go to beam city to get my teeth checked 😂 More vlogs please. Loved it.
